T教授.M. (Ted) 诺顿 had received a Ph.D. in Political 科学 from the University 芝加哥. He began his career at San Jose State University in 1960 and taught in the Political 科学 Department, specializing in constitutional law. 他是一个 active member of the 菠菜网lol正规平台 Academic Senate, twice serving as chair, and producing a comprehensive history of the Senate in 1992.
